We are very proud and delighted to announce that our Rotary Young Achievers for 2021 are Adam Wing and Charlie Lawrence. These fine young men contribute to our school in a myriad of ways and this award is well deserved by them both. They will be acknowledged at a dinner on Monday evening 8 November.

School Uniform Survey

Teacher Only Day - School Closed to Students
On Friday 3rd December we will be having a Teacher Only Day for staff to write and proofread school reports. School will be closed to students, so you will need to arrange alternative care.
Farewell
Farewell to Leigh O’Connell who drives the Mandeville bus. Leigh will be finishing
this Friday 5 November. Thank you for transporting our Mandeville students to and
from school safely.
We will be in touch with contact details for the new Mandeville bus driver when we have these.
Northern Primary Tennis Champs
Congratulations to the following students who competed at the Northern Primary School tennis competition last Thursday. It was a long hot day in Te Anau for the boys and they all played well.

School Values Awards
At Riversdale School children are awarded House Points for displaying the school values
of; respectful, responsible and resilient. Children are working towards achieving values targets.
50 House Points = Bronze Values Award.
100 House Points = Silver Values Award.
150 House Points = Gold Values Award.
Congratulation to Harrison, Stella, Izzy, Kate and Jessie who have received their Bronze School Values Award for earning 50 House Points in 2021.
Congratulations to Mattie, Hennessy, Zyrhon, Odin, Charlie, Ruby, Bella, Ebony, Tom, Hazel, Amelia, Isabella, Maisy, Amanda, Callum, Lucy, Lachlan and Luca who received their silver award for earning 100 House Points in 2021.
Congratulations to Lexi who was the first student to be awarded her Gold Award for earning 150 House Points in 2021. Ka Pai!
